Mobile Payments Terms & Conditions

Mobile payment terms: consent, security, limitations, and liability considerations apply.

Consent: By enabling your NBH Bank debit card (“Card”) for mobile payments on a mobile payment platform (the “Service”), you hereby authorize NBH Bank to share information with certain third parties (“Service Provider”) to enable the Card to operate on the Service and to provide feedback on the product or service. NBH Bank will provide your information to the operator of the Service Provider in a way that is consistent with NBH Bank’s established Privacy Policy. The Service Provider is contractually obligated to keep this information confidential. Additionally, any agreements or terms applicable to your Card will continue to apply when your Card is enrolled in the Service. Security & Confidentiality of Access Information You agree to keep your user name, password, personal identification number, and any other security or access information for the Service (collectively, “Access Information”) confidential. You should protect your mobile device as you would a credit card or debit card and password protect your mobile device using a password known only to you. If you believe that anyone has gained unauthorized access to your account via your mobile device or otherwise, you agree to advise us in accordance with the terms you agreed to when you opened your account or as otherwise provided for in our Online Banking Terms and Conditions.

Limitations, Termination & Cancellation: Your consent is required to participate in the Service. If at any time you wish to discontinue use of the Service, you may delete the NBH Bank card from the Service. Your use of the Service may be subject to general practices and limits such as, limits on the dollar amount or number of transactions during any specified time period. We also reserve the right to impose limits on certain Service features, restrict access to some or all of the Service, or decline to process a transaction using the Service without prior notice to you.

Limitation of Liability: NBH BANK IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR THE SERVICE. YOU EXPRESSLY ACKNOWLEDGE AND AGREE THAT USE OF THE SERVICE IS AT YOUR SOLE RISK, AND NBH BANK IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR THE RISK AS TO SATISFACTORY QUALITY, PERFORMANCE, ACCURACY AND EFFORT. WITH REGARD TO THE SERVICE, NBH BANK MAKES NO REPRESENTATIONS OR WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, MERCHANTABILITY OR THE IMPLIED WARRANTY OF FITNESS FOR PARTICULAR PURPOSE AND RELATED WARRANTIES AND REPRESENTATIONS. NO ORAL OR WRITTEN INFORMATION OR ADVICE GIVEN BY NBH BANK WILL CREATE A WARRANTY NOT EXPRESSLY STATED IN THIS AGREEMENT. SHOULD THE SERVICE PROVE DEFECTIVE, NBH BANK ASSUMES NO LIABILITY FOR THE COSTS OF ALL NECESSARY SERVICING, REPAIR OR CORRECTION.

The Service Terms & Conditions The Service Provider’s Terms & Conditions for the Service describe your rights and obligations regarding the Service. By continuing, you are agreeing to receive this Consent electronically and agreeing and acknowledging that you have read and agree to be bound by this Consent and your acceptance will be considered binding as if you provided a manual signature. If you do not agree to provide this Consent or otherwise do not want to use the Service, please do not proceed.
