Bank Midwest New Online & Mobile Banking Experience

DIGITAL BANKING WITH A LOCAL TOUCH

Welcome to our new, more modern online and mobile banking experience for our personal and small business banking clients with features designed to help you manage your finances, including:

  • Faster, easier mobile deposits.  
  • Quick transfers to family and friends who also use the Bank Midwest mobile app or online banking.  
  • Send Money with Zelle® from your desktop, in addition to your mobile app for personal banking users.
  • New small business features, including an easy username toggle between business and personal accounts. 

To ensure a seamless experience, make sure your personal information such as email address, phone number, and mailing address are up to date. To update your information, talk to a banker or log into Online Banking and visit the “Manage Contact Information” section.

The new platform is for clients that select Personal Online or Small Business Online at log in. For clients that select Business/Treasury Online, there will be no change to your online and mobile banking experience.

NEW USERS: ACCESSING THE NEW ONLINE AND MOBILE BANKING

How to enroll:

Please follow the steps below.

  1. Visit bankmw.com, click the ‘Login’ button and select ‘New Online Banking User? Click Here.’ You may also enroll through the mobile app by opening the mobile app and selecting ‘Need to enroll’.
  2. Provide your personal information as directed, select ‘Next.’ An email will be sent to the email address we have on file and includes your verification code. Follow the verification instructions.
  3. Select a username and password. Usernames are not case-sensitive and may contain letters, numbers, or any of the following special characters: _, @, +, ., -  Passwords may not be too similar to your username, first name, last name or email. Passwords are case-sensitive, may not be entirely numeric and may not be among the 20,000 most common passwords.
  4. Accept our new terms and conditions.
  5. Complete your security setup, by providing a mobile phone number for use in two-factor authentication. You also now have the option to use Google Authenticator for an extra layer of security.
  6. Select your statement delivery preferences. For your safety and to reduce paper, we encourage you to sign up for electronic delivery of documents, which include statements and notices.

We have retired our previous mobile app. To get started on our new mobile banking platform you’ll need to download our new mobile app — ‘Bankmw Mobile Banking’ — from the Apple App Store or Google Play.

EXISTING USERS: ACCESSING THE NEW ONLINE AND MOBILE BANKING

Logging in for the first time after the upgrade is easy. You may login through online banking on your computer or mobile browser or our new mobile app, Bankmw Mobile Banking, beginning Monday, September 23. 

Logging in for the first time:

Please follow the steps below.

  1. Visit bankmw.com or open our new mobile app. Enter your existing username unless you were contacted by the bank to change it.
  2. An email will be sent to the email address we have on file and includes your verification code. Follow the verification instructions.
  3. Set up your password. It can be the same as your previous password as long as it meets our new requirements. Passwords may not be too similar to your username, first name, last name or email. Passwords are case-sensitive, may not be entirely numeric and may not be among the 20,000 most common passwords.
  4. Accept our new terms and conditions.
