Please note, our after-hours team cannot order debit cards. You will need to call our Client Services and Solutions team during business hours at 800.867.2265 to order your new debit card.
Control Your Debit Card
Our Card Controls tool allows you to control your debit card right from our Mobile App.
Card Controls lets you temporarily lock your card if it’s lost or stolen and includes more features like:
- Location Controls: Designate up to three geographic areas where your card can be used or block international transactions.
- Transaction Types: Disable certain types of transactions you use less often to help protect against fraud.
- Merchant Types: Permit or restrict your card from being used with specific categories of merchants.
- Threshold Amount: Set a dollar limit for transactions made on your card.
